Irene Stone Stevenson of Pulaski passed away on Wednesday, May 18, 2016 at NHC Healthcare in Pulaski. She was born in Maury County on October 6, 1922 and was 93 years old.
She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother, a music teacher for many years, was in her high school and college band at MTSC in Murfreesboro. She loved to play the piano and sing. She was active in Methodist Churches all her life.
Visitation will be on Friday, May 20th from 12:30pm until 2:00pm at Bennett-May-Giles County Funeral Home.
Funeral Service will take place following visitation at 2:00pm on Friday with Rev. Brad Smith officiating.
Burial will follow in Maplewood Cemetery.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Willis Stevenson, daughter, Kathleen Stevenson, son, Paul Thomas Stevenson and parents, Frank Walker and Alice Lucille Cotton Stone.
She is survived by her,
Daughter, Alice Ann Stevenson King and husband Rogers of GA.
Grandsons, Matthew Stevenson and Andrew Stevenson of TN.
Daughter-in-law, Pam Stevenson of TN.
Several Nieces and Nephews also survive.
