Burial will follow at Sardis Cemetery in Trimble, with Bro. Phillip AShley officiating. Cullman Funeral Home directing Jerald was born on December 25, 1937 to the late Burton Cooper & Anne Lawson Cooper. He passed away at C.R.M.C. on Sunday, May 15, 2016. He is preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Elvie Brewer Cooper; grandson, Baylor Cooper; 2 – brothers, Harold Cooper & Terriall Cooper. He is survived by Son – Jason (Amy) Cooper; Granddaughter – Baleigh Cooper; Grandson – Brayden Cooper; 2 – Sisters – Linda (Myron) Black & Brenda (Wes) Woods; 3 – Brothers – Hollis (Martha) Cooper, Kenneth (Bonnie) Cooper & Gary (Kay) Cooper. The family will receive friends for visitation at the funeral home on Wednesday, May 18, 2016 from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m.
