Funeral service for Ruth Eason Robinson, 88, will be Saturday, May 14, 2016 at 11:00 AM at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Wayne Penn officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. Burial will be in Mount Zion Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday, May 13, 2016 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the funeral home.
Mr. Robinson died on Wednesday, May 11, 2016 at Summerford Nursing Home. She was born November 14, 1927, in Morgan County to John Alvin Eason and Mary Ethel Dobbs Eason. She was as gracious loving mother and grandmother. She was a homemaker and raised six sons. She was employed for a number years as a cashier at Piggly Wiggly in Hartselle. She also loved Alabama Football. She was preceded in death by her husband: M.B. Robinson, her parents, two brothers: Harold and Billy Eason, and two sisters: Bernice Vinson and Mae Eason.
