Funeral Services for Johnnie D. Tyree, age 82 of Cullman, will be at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 11, 2016 in the Cullman Funeral Home Chapel Burial will follow at Simcoe Methodist Cemetery, with Rev. Jimmie Baker officiating.

Johnnie was born on February 14, 1934 to the late Sam J. Tyree & Maybelle Brown Tyree, he passed away at Cullman Health Care Center on Monday, May 9, 2016. He is preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Nellie Tyree and nine siblings.
Survivors include, 2 – Step-Daughters – Brenda (Jud) Barton & Gail (Kenneth) Brasher; Step-Son – Jack (Margaret) Stidham; Sister – Lura Serrett; Brother – Dwight (Martha) Tyree; 2 – Sister-in-Laws – Vila Tyree & Alma Tyree; Brother-in-Law – J.D. Barron; 3 – Step-Granddaughters – Brandy Brasher, Jaclyn Bailey & Kellie Wilkinson; 3 – Step-Great-Grandsons – Bryan Wilkerson, Cooper Bailey & Jase Bailey; and a Host of Nieces & Nephews.
The family will receive friends at the Funeral home for visitation on Wednesday, May 11, 2016 from 3:00 p.m. until the service time at 4:00 p.m.
