Dr. John LaVerne Regner, 69, of Madison passed away Thursday. Dr. Regner was a native of Columbus, Ohio and a resident of Madison County since 1983. He was a retired Physicist with Brown Engineering. Survivors include his wife of 32 years: Kathryn J. Regner; one son: Michael Jason Regner; one daughter: Kersten Marie Norman and eight grandchildren. No services are planned at this time. Berryhill Funeral Home is assisting the family. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy would be welcome by support to Inside-Out Ministeries (IOM) of Madison.
