Graveside service for Rachel Ward, 86, of Hartselle will be Tuesday May 10, 2016 at 1:00PM at Hartselle Memory Gardens with Bro. Walter Blackmon officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. Visitation will be Tuesday from 11:00AM to 12:30PM at the funeral home.
Mrs. Ward died May 7, 2016 at her residence. She was born November 2, 1929 in Morgan County to Lewis L. Sims and Ruthie Orr Sims. Mrs. Ward was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, John Edward “Pete” Ward.

In lieu flowers the family requests donations be made to Hospice of the Valley.
