Linda Gail Tedder Brown, 69, of Decatur, passed away Tuesday, May 3, 2016. She was preceded in death by her parents, Wallace and Helen Tedder.
Survivors include her husband of 40 years, Buddy Brown; brother, John Michael Tedder (Lynn); sister, Martha Bryan; sister-in-law, Angie Wagle; two nieces, Lori Kelly and Logan Tedder; nephews, Riley Tedder and Michael Wagle; she is also survived by her beloved Boston Terriers, Nick and Bama.
Mrs. Brown retired from Decatur High School. She received a BS Degree from Florence State, her Master’s and AA degree from the University of Alabama. She was a member of Al-Anon. She also sold real estate in Gulf Shores for Re/Max for 20 years. She enjoyed cruises and being at the beach. She was loved by everybody she ever met, and will be truly missed.
A celebration of life service will be held on Monday at 4 p.m. at Roselawn Funeral Home with Reverend George Meyers officiating. Visitation will be Monday from 2 to 4 p.m. at the funeral home.
