Funeral for Donnie Lee Ozbolt, 82, of Eva, will be Wednesday May 4, 2016, at 3 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home with Rev. Robert Morgan officiating. Visitation will be from 1 to 3 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in Rock Creek Cemetery.
Mr. Ozbolt died May 2, 2016, at Decatur Morgan Hospital. He was born Aug. 14, 1933, in Morgan County to Frank G. Ozbolt and Lee O. Briscoe Ozbolt. Donnie was proud of his service in the U.S. Army. He enjoyed sharing a good story and loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Mr. Ozbolt was preceded in death by his parents; one brother, Frankie Ozbolt; and three sisters, Frances McCaughey, Betty Dean Bennett and Shirley Aday.
Survivors include his wife, Annie Maude Oden Ozbolt; one son, Barry Ozbolt (Patti); one daughter, Charlotte Patton (Tommy); one brother, Bobby Ozbolt; four grandchildren, Brandon Ozbolt (Bonnie), Brooke Ozbolt (Dustin), Lucas Johnson and Lauren Patton; and three great- grandchildren, Brady Ozbolt, Brynlee Jones and Andrew Jones.
Pallbearers will be family.
