William Charles Woods, age 72, passed away on Monday, April 18, 2016 at Athens-Limestone Hospital. Mr. Woods was born on April 26, 1943 in Tennessee.
Mr. Woods was preceded in death by his parents, Kermit Mason Woods and Willie Kate Turner Woods.
He is survived by his wife Linda Roberts Woods, three sons William Charles “Chip” Woods II(Lisa), Christopher Wilson Woods (Tonya), and Anthony Mason Woods (Stephanie), one step-daughter Brandy Paulk Mitchell (Jeremy), one brother Kermit Woods (Bobbie), four sisters Bobbie Smelser (Dale), Wilma Lambert, Becky Wolfenbarger, Debbie Moyers, 10 grandchildren, Christian Woods, Abby Woods, Ashley Woods, Cooper Woods, William Connor Woods, Sarah Woods, Ryland Allen Woods, Thomas Mason Woods, Brett Mitchell, and Braden Mitchell, and numerous other family and friends.
Visitation will be Friday, April 22 at Limestone Chapel Funeral Home from 6:00-9:00 PM.
