Billy G. Burns, 81, passed away Friday, April 1, 2016, at North Mississippi Medical Center . He was born February 1, 1935 to the late Alexander Burns and the late Beaulah Nunley Burns in Alabama. He was a member of Walker Baptist Church. He enjoyed working on Lawn mowers and tractors.

Survivors include 3 Sons, Eddie (Lawana) Burns of Tremont, John (Toni) Burns of Tishomingo, and Travis (Carla Sharp) Burns of Golden, 4 Granddaughters, 1 Grandson, 3 great granddaughters, 2 great grandsons, 2 Brothers, Olen Burns of Olive Branch, MS, and Owen Burns of Golden.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Nila Burns, his parents, 2 Sons, Charlie Burns, Teddy Burns, Grandson, Casey Burns, 2 brothers, and 2 sisters.
Pallbearers will be Thomas Dees, Robert Haney, Robbie Burns, Phillip McCullar, Hunter Jackson, Cole Johnson.
