James William Kelley, age 69 of Union Grove died Friday – April 1, 2016 at Marshall Medical Center North.
Mr. Kelley was born on October 31, 1946 in Marshall County Alabama to William Andy Kelley and Geneva Elaine Askins Kelley. He worked for many years as a Machinist for Parker – Hannifin in Huntsville. Mr. Kelley enjoyed hunting and fishing and had lived in the Union Grove area for 60 years.
He is survived by his mother: Geneva Elaine Kelley; sons: Jimmy Kelley (Cynthia), Kelvin Kelley (Stacy), Andrew Kelley (Kimberly); grandchildren: Joshua Kelley (Amberly), Alicia Kelley Greene (Luke), Dylan Kelley, Makenzi Kelley, Carter Kelley and Hudson Kelley; great grandchildren: Bristol Greene, River Greene and Paislee Kelley; sisters: Marie Thompson (Milton), Caroline Phillips (Bill). He was preceded in death by his father William Andy Kelley.
Funeral service will be 11:00 a.m. Monday April 4, 2016 at Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel with Brother Tim Lynch officiating. Burial will be in State Line Cemetery at 1:00 p.m. in Hazel Green Alabama, Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel, directing.
Pallbearers will be Johnny Thompson, Steve Hill, Bobby Pratt, Steve MaWhirter, Buddy Kelley and Tim Burgett.
Visitation will be 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. Sunday – April 3, 2016 at Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel.
