Graveside service for Ola Glasco Sherman, 87, of Decatur, will be Sunday, April 3, 2016, at 3 p.m. at Decatur City Cemetery with Don Froelich officiating. Visitation will be from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. at Roselawn Funeral Home.
Mrs. Sherman who died Thursday, March 31, 2016, was born Sept. 17, 1929, in Lawrence County to Earl and Elsie Glasco. She was a member of Fellowship Baptist Church in Decatur. She was preceded in death by her parents; one sister, Ethel Rice; and one brother, Bill Glasco.
Survivors include her son, Ronnie Jones (Terry) of Madison; daughter, Vicky Belew (Eddy) of Decatur; sister, Letha McBride; brother, DuWayne Glasco; four grandchildren, Wesley Jones, Brandon Jones, Ashley Pfeiffer and Kayla Belew; and five great-grandchildren.
