Charles Ozbirn, 74, died Wednesday, March 30, 2016. Visitation will be 6-9 p.m. today at Deaton Funeral Home, Red Bay. The service will be noon Saturday at the funeral home chapel, with burial in Berry Cemetery, Vina.
