Bob Payne, 78, died Tuesday, March 29, 2016. Visitation will be 6-9 p.m. today at New Bethel Baptist Church, Belmont. The service will be 2 p.m. Friday at the church, with burial in the church cemetery. Deaton Funeral Home, Belmont, Mississippi, is directing.
