Martha “Sue” Smith Cook – Obituary

Martha “Sue” Smith Cook departed this life on March 27th, 2016, surrounded by family.

She is survived by her loving husband: Paul Cook; her five Children; Kathy Ratliff, Tommy Henry (Tammy), Ronald Henry (Julia), Donald Henry (Miranda), and Huey Smith (Tammy), Step daughter: Teresa Cook Lambert (Grady), thirteen grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.

Visitation will be Tuesday from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home. A Chapel service will be held on Wednesday at 11:00 AM at Peck Funeral Home and burial will follow the service at Cedar Creek Cemetery, Hartselle, AL.
