Ruby Viola Nelson, age 96, of Lawrenceburg, TN passed away Monday, March 28, 2016 at NHC Healthcare of Scott in Lawrenceburg, TN. She was a native of Giles County, TN, a homemaker, and a member of College Place Church of Christ.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Floyd and Bell Attkisson Hendrix; and her husband, James Woodrow Nelson.

Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM Friday, April 01, 2016 at Neal Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 2:00 PM Friday, April 01, 2016, with Steve Moore officiating. Interment will follow at Lawrence County Memorial Gardens in Lawrenceburg, TN.
