Mrs. Lucille Balentine, 86, of Florence passed away on Monday, March 14, 2016,
with her children at her side. She attended Cloverdale United Methodist Church.
Visitation will be on Wednesday, March 16, 2016 from 9:00 a.m. -10:00 a.m. at Greenview Funeral Home. There will be a graveside service at 10:30 a.m. in Macedonia Church of Christ Cemetery with Norman Sonny Hargett officiating.
She was preceded in death by her husbands, and James C. Balentine, Jr. and Malcolm King; parents, Charles D. and Ora Lee Anderson; four brothers and seven sisters.
Survivors include her six daughters, Carolyn Brown (John) of Florence , Kathy Bristow (Bobby) of Memphis,Tenn., Marilyn Kendrick (Mike), Martha Neal (Dennis) Cindy Irons, Debbie Simmons (Jerry) all of Florence, Ala; grandchildren, Robbie Brown (Kim), Rebecca Brown, Robert Bristow (Brittany), Katie Frulla (Chris), Jason Kendrick (Michelle), Jacob Kendrick(Alyssa), Josh Neal (Kim), Ryan Neal, Matthew Irons(Michelle), Adam Irons, Wesley Simmons, Joe Simmons Emily Wilson (Jimmy); great-grandchildren, Coty, Hunter and Garret Brown, Mikey Kendrick, Anna and Elliot Neal, Lila Grace Irons, Caroline, Hannah and Lulu Wilson and Colton Michael and one sister, Vera Eddy.
Grandsons will serve as pallbearers.
