Beloved father Allen Theodore Smith Jr., age 65, passed away on Tuesday, March 8, 2016, at Huntsville Hospital in Huntsville, Alabama. He is survived by his loving children, Sarah Smith Melendez, Brian Allen Smith, Jana Leigh Smith and Jackson Thomas LaMar; son-in-law, Edward Melendez; grandchild, Maxin Kniffen-Melendez; nephews, Forrest Smith and Leno Campos; and aunt, Mickey Mims of Fort Walton Beach, Florida. Visitation will be held Friday, March 11, 2016 from 12-1:00 PM. at Hampton Cove Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 1 PM at Hampton Cove Funeral Home Chapel.
