Theresa B. Harvey, age 73, of Lawrenceburg, passed away on February 28, at Lawrence Co. Southern TN Regional Health Systems.
Theresa was born December 4, 1942 in Woonsocket, Rhoda Island, the daughter of the late Michael and Mary Wojcik, She was a homemaker and was of the Baptist faith.
A memorial service for Theresa will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, March 5, in Blevins Hall at Williams Funeral Home in Columbia.
Survivors include her children, Bonnie Puhlick, Byron Harvey, Jeffrey (Kathy) Harvey, Jennifer (Roy) Swafford, Darby (Gemcy) Harvey, and Troy (Vicky) Harvey; 15 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchild; three brothers, John Wojcik, Michael Wojcik and Peter Wojcik along with three sisters, Vicky Swanson, Virginia Bonczek and Stella LaRose.
