Charles D. Foresythe of Jackson, TN formerly of Selmer, TN was born March 11, 1927 in Alamo, TN the son of the late Tolbert and Mattie Maurine Wright Forsythe. He was united in marriage to Glenna M. McClure on July 17, 1949. Mrs. Foresythe preceded him in death on May 8, 2013.
He was a member of Selmer First Baptist Church and a retired Banker.
Mr. Foresythe departed this life on February 25, 2016 in Jackson, TN at the age of 88 Years, 11 Months, 14 Days. He is survived by a daughter, Ann Collins of Selmer, TN; a son, Brad Foresythe of Atlanta, GA; a granddaughter, Rebecca Colio and husband, Staff Sergeant Jesse Colio; two great grandsons, Gage Colio and Slade Colio; a brother, W. D. Foresyth of Mt. Juliet, TN and a host of extended family and friends.
