James G. Bond, 78, of Blanche, Tennessee died on Monday, February 22, 2016, at Huntsville Hospital in Huntsville, Alabama.
Born Saturday, August 28, 1937 in Cash Point, Tennessee, he was the son of the late Daniel Gilbert Bond and the late Mary Jester Bond. He was a member of the Wheelerton Baptist Church in Dellrose, TN. He was a sports enthusiast. He was preceded in death by his parents and a son: Vince Bond.
Surviving are his wife: Delores McLemore Bond of Blanche, TN, sister, Barbara Clark of Ardmore, AL, and several nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be at 2:00 PM on Thursday at Blanche Cemetery with Bro. Paul Mason and Owen Lewter officiating. Burial will be in Blanche Cemetery, Blanche, TN. Pallbearers will be Jason Hicklen, Lee Hicklen, Jesse Hicklen, Paul Cooke, Ronnie Locke, and Owen Lewter.
There will be no public visitation.
