Mr. John O. “Leston” Gilliland, 90, of Thomas Avenue, Boaz, died Thursday, February 18, 2016 at Marshall Medical Center South.
Funeral service will be Saturday, February 20, 2016 at 3:00 pm in the McRae Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. John Robles and Bro. Keith Dodd officiating. Burial will follow in Hillcrest Cemetery. Visitation will be prior to the service from 12:00 until 3:00 pm
Mr. Gilliland is survived by his wife Sandra Gilliland and a host of nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his late wife Ida Lee Gilliland and parents Ollie & Frances Gilliland.
Pallbearers will be Kenny Brown, Kyle Brown, Donnie Neu, Brodie, Charles Costas, and Nick Costas.
Family request in lieu of flowers donations may be made to 2nd Baptist Church Boaz or Charity of Choice.
