Margaret Rahlf Boldt, 89, of Huntsville, passed away Wednesday. She is preceded in death by her husband Richard Boldt, and her parents.
She is survived by her daughters Alexis Smith (Jeff), and Leslie Pickett. A grandson, Spencer Pickett, her brother Henry Rahlf Jr, and nephews Steven Rahlf, and Clifton Barnhart.
Margaret loved her family, her golf at Valley Hill for 50+ years, her Willowbrook Garden Club, her dinner group, and her friends she traveled with. She was an RN, and still held her RN license wittl the State of Alabama. The family would like to thank the Huntsville Hospital Oncology Dept. Doctors, Nurses, and Palative Care unit for their excellent care during this time.
A graveside service in Davenport, Iowa is planned. A private celebration of life will be held at a later date at Valley Hill Country Club. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Willowbrook Garden Club, Botanical Gardens, or St Mark’s Lutheran Church; 200 Longwood Dr. SE; Huntsville, AL 35801. Berryhill Funeral Home is assisting the family.
