Murrel Dean Flippo Yarnell, age 88, of Nashville, TN passed away Thursday, February 11, 2016 at her residence. She was a native of Lawrence County, TN, and retired from the State Highway and Finance Department.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Earlie and Lura Johnson Flippo; and one brother, Gerald E. Flippo.

Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. The family will receive friends from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM Tuesday, February 16, 2016 at Neal Funeral Home. Graveside services and interment will be conducted at John Lay Cemetery at 1:00 PM Tuesday, February 16, 2016.
