Ray L. Hill, 83, died Thursday, Feb. 4, 2016. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Saturday at Akins Funeral Home. The service will be 2 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home chapel, with burial in Bethsaida Cemetery.
