Linda Susan Hamilton age 61 of Athens, passed away Monday, February 1, 2016 at Athens Limestone Hospital. Mrs. Hamilton was born October 22, 1954 to Joseph Strachan and Louise Cole Strachan.
Graveside services will be Wednesday, February 3, 2016 12:00 p.m., at Bottoms Cemetery with Randy Watts officiating. Visitation will be Wednesday, from 11:00 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. at Limestone Chapel Funeral Home prior to the graveside service.
Survived by her husband, Mark T. Hamilton of Athens; one son, Paul John LeClair of TX; two daughters, Jennifer Hamilton of Decatur and Elizabeth Hamilton of MS; three grandchildren, Lydia LeClair, Elyse LeClair both of Texas and Aidan Akhondmirza of Decatur, AL; one sister, Callie Woodruff of Toney, AL; three brothers, Joseph Strachan of Madison, AL, Brian Strachan of Roundrock, TX and Mike Strachan of Harvest, AL.
Pallbearers will be Paul LeClair, Brian Strachan, Mike Strachan, Joey Strachan, James Temple, Tony Hamilton and George Woodruff.
