Mark Christopher Brooks, age 45 of Columbia, passed away January 24, 2016 at Maury Regional Medical Center. Mark was born September 24, 1970 to Jerry and Linda Collins Brooks in Columbia, Tennessee.
The family will have a private visitation on Wednesday, January 27, 2016 from Noon until 1:00 p.m. at Williams Funeral Home in Columbia, Tennessee. Graveside services will be held at Polk Memorial Gardens following the visitation at 1:30 p.m.
The city of Columbia employees and the Parks and Recreation Department will serve as honorary pallbearers.
Mark is survived by his mother Linda Sue Collins of Columbia; aunt: Barbara (James) Kelley; uncles: Tommy (Pam) Collins and Jeff (Denise) Collins. He is preceded in death by his father, Jerry Wayne Brooks, his maternal grandparents, Jane and Tom Collins and paternal grandparents, John Tillman and Margaret Brooks.
