MADISON-The Madison Police Department released a statement regarding Burglary charges against three suspects:
“On January 13, 2016 at approximately 12 pm, detectives with the Madison Police Department noticed three males driving through a residential area near Old Madison Pike and Shelton Rd, where recent home burglaries had occurred. Further observation of suspicious activity led to the detectives stopping the vehicle. While the vehicle was stopped, a citizen reported a burglary from a nearby street. Further investigation led to the arrest of the males for recent burglaries in the area.
Arrests were made on:
32 year old Timothy Matthews of Huntsville
27 year old Terrance Taylor of Huntsville
26 year old Jaarmal Lane of Harvest
They were charged with:
Two counts of Burglary in the third degree
One count of Burglary in the second degree
One count of Theft of Property in the second degree
One count of Theft of Property in the first degree
One count of Attempted Burglary in the third degree
All three were taken to the Madison County Jail with a $73,500 bond.”
