Logan Wesley Ward – Obituary

Logan Wesley Ward, 20, died Jan. 10, 2016. A celebration of his life memorial service will be held on Friday at 2 p.m. in the chapel of Roselawn Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from noon until service time. Pastor Michael Guyse is officiating the service.
Logan was preceded in death by his grandfather, John Turrentine, and great-grandfather, Loyd Ward.
He is survived by his father, Michael Clinton Ward; his mother, Brandi Michelle Turrentine; brother, John (Jace) William Crowe; grandparents, Penny and Aaron Wilson and grandmother, Donna Turrentine; great-grandmother, Hazel Ward; great-grandfather, Don Snook; and numerous cousins.
Logan was a graduate of Decatur High School, and was accepted to the honors college at the University of Alabama. He worked with paint pals in Fort Collins, Colorado. Logan loved being outdoors, being with his family, listening to live music and was an avid backpacker and hiker.
Roselawn Funeral Home is assisting the family.
