Reba Ann Jeffreys Grisham, 93, of Town Creek, died Friday, Jan. 8, 2016, at Cypress Cove Care and Rehabilitation in Muscle Shoals. There will be a graveside service Monday, Jan. 11, 2016, at Elmwood Cemetery, with Jackson Memorial Funeral Home directing, and Brother Rick Gilley officiating.
She is survived by five daughters, Sherri Nichols, Delinda Hill (Wesley), Pansi Graham (Jim), Vicki Tidwell (Jimmy) and Gaye Grisham (Scott); three sons, Tony Grisham, Daryl Grisham (Kathy) and Kevin Grisham (Michelle); one sister, Ramona Muston; 18 grandchildren; and 27 great-grandchildren.
She was known to many as Teda. She’d lived and loved a lot in her long life, and in August, she celebrated her 93rd birthday surrounded by family.
It’s a coincidence that makes me smile, Jan. 8 was Elvis Presley’s birthday, so she celebrated with her favorite singer. Of course, her grandson, Jordan Grisham, would have been the first to welcome her to heaven.
