Mr. Gerald Wade Tate, 58, passed away Saturday January 2, 2016 at his home. He was born in Gruetli-Laager, Tennessee on December 4, 1957 and was preceded in death by his father, Harley Cleveland Tate; brother-in- law, Tony Rector.
He is survived by his mother, Joan Licht Tate; sisters Lisa Rector; brothers, Grant (Sandra) Tate, Gary Tate, Glenn McNabb; several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Wednesday in the funeral home chapel with Minister Stacey Smith officiating with burial to follow in the Fall Creek Cemetery.
