McRae Benefield
Mr. Benefield, 56, of Guntersville passed away Wednesday at a local hospital. He loved Guntersville girls basketball and Auburn University. He is survived by his wife Kim Benefield; mother- Jean W. Benefield; two daughters- Jeselyn Benefield and Raechel Benefield.
The Funeral Service will be Saturday at 11:00am at Guntersville Church of Christ with Phillip Bradley, James Dudley, John Olive and Jack White officiating. The pallbearers will be John Olive, Phillip Pantall, David Adkison, Darrin Battles, George Gillen, Jimmy Forrester, John Banks, Greg Driskill, J.D Parks and Bert Coe. The visitation will be Friday starting at 4:00pm at Guntersville Church of Christ. The burial will be in Crestview Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donation may be made to the Baja Mission Fund in care of Guntersville Church of Christ and Guntersville High School Girls Basketball program.
