Mr. Jack Cooley
Mr. Cooley, 61, of Union Grove passed away December 25, 2015 in Cullman. He was preceded in death by his parents Jack and Dorothy Upton Cooley; wife Martha Jane Smith Cooley.
He is survived by his daughter- Lora Evden Cooley; two sons- Toby Allison Cooley and Shannon Steven Cooley; sisters- Nancy Gross and Katy Fortenberry(Paul); brothers-Rickey Cooley (Donna) and Steven Cooley (Saundra); Grandchildren- Alexia Josie Leigh Cooley, Alaysha Jane Torees Cooley, Malania Renea Cooley, Colby Scott Hass and Halie Cooley.
