Funeral services for Jerry Blade Milholen, age 18, are scheduled for 1 PM on Thursday December 31, 2015 in the Chapel of Pafford Funeral Home with Bro. Mitchell Milholen officiating. Burial will follow in Jones Cemetery. Jerry passed away on December 25, 2015 in Paragould, Arkansas. Born July 17, 1997 in Jackson, TN Jerry was a volunteer Firefighter for Station #3 in Lexington, TN. Jerry was preceded in death by a brother, Jimmy Dale Milholen, grandparents, Lorene Milholen, Sammy Shubert, and Linda Moody. Survivors include, his father, Dalewayne Milholen, mother, Kathy Ann Milholen (Terry Moody), grandparents; Clyde Dale Milholen (Evelyn), Deborah Shubert, and Bennie A. Moody, brother, Joseph Kyle Gettings (Casey), sisters, Angel Dawn Ortiz (Juan Carlos) and Jennifer Kay Milholen, and a host of other family members.
