Deltagee Howell Williams – Obituary

Deltagee Howell Williams, age 100, went home to her Heavenly Father on Sunday, Dec. 20, 2015. She retired from Haleyville Textile Mill and was a member of First United Methodist Church, Haleyville.
Her visitation will be today from 10 a.m. to noon at First United Methodist Church in Haleyville, Alabama, with her funeral at noon at the church, with the Rev. Russell Hestley officiating. Burial will follow at Winston Memorial Cemetery.
She is survived by her children, June (Lee) Hagedorn and Max (Betty) Williams; grandchildren, Wade (Pam) Hagedorn, Elizabeth (Pat) Rogers, Leigh Ann (Kelly) Kiser, Lynn (Joel) Sherrill and Whit (Ashley) Williams; and great-grandchildren, Grace (Jim) Bedsole and Grant Hagedorn, Ryan and Katherine Rogers, Sydney and Conner Kiser, and Judson and Brady Sherrill.
Serving as pallbearers are Judson Sherrill, Grant Hagedorn, Ryan Rogers, Conner Kiser, Brady Sherrill, Joel Sherrill, Kelly Kiser, Pat Rogers and Roger Garrison.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Mack and Emma Howell; husband, James Ottis Williams; one sister; and four brothers.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the First United Methodist Church, 2207 Ninth Avenue, Haleyville, AL 35565.
