Richard Lee Gurley, Jr., 72 of Ardmore, Alabama died on Sunday, December 20, 2015, at his home.
Born Sunday, October 24, 1943 in Huntsville, Alabama, he was the son of the late Richard Lee Gurley, Sr. and the late Margaret Allison Gurley. He has lived in this area most of his life and enjoyed watching TV.
Surviving are his Wife: Jane Gurley of Ardmore, AL, son, Steven Gurley of Huntsville, AL, brothers, Jim Gurley of Hazel Green, AL and Billy Gurley of Huntsville, AL, sister, Sue Gurley of Huntsville, AL, and one grandson Steven Gurley, Jr.
Funeral services will be at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, December 22, 2015, at Ardmore Chapel Funeral Home, Ardmore, Alabama with Bro. Joe Mitchell officiating. Burial will be in Gatlin Cemetery, Ardmore, AL.
The family will receive friends from 12:00 Noon to 2:00 PM on Tuesday, December 22, 2015, at Ardmore Chapel Funeral Home, Ardmore, Alabama.
