Kenneth Nard Sr., age 69, passed away Sunday, Dec. 13, 2015. Visitation was held Wednesday from 6-8 p.m. at Spry-Williams Funeral Home, Florence. The funeral will be today at 11 a.m. at Rogers Chapel, with Brother Wayne Gean officiating. Burial will be in the adjoining cemetery. The body will lie-in-state 9-11 a.m. before the service at the church.
Pallbearers will be Grady Stutts, Danny Stutts, Tim West, Larry Bevis, Chris Morgan and Nathan Nard.
He is survived by his children, Kenneth Nard Jr., Jason Michael Nard and Richard Samuel Nard, all of Morgantown, West Virginia; brother, Aaron Nard; sisters, Kathy Stutts, Judy Young and Clara West, all of Florence; grandchildren, Aaron Nard, Sarah Raines, Christian Nard, Natalie Nard, Jonah Nard and Jaxon Nard; and great-granddaughter, Ella Nard.
