Susan departed this life on December 10, 2015 in Savannah, Tennessee at the age of 56 years, 6 months and 22 days.
In addition to her mother, Doris Kolaski of Savannah, Tennessee, she is survived by her daughter, Destiny Bell of Golden, Mississippi.
four grandchildren, Josha Lee Young, Savannah Leigh Taylor, Trevor D. Taylor and Bradyn B. Malone
one brother, Keith Kolaski of Clarksville, Tennessee and one sister, Judy Boyd of Nashville, Tennessee
In addition to her father, she was also preceded in death by one brother, Joshua Lee Kolaski.
