Funeral for Beverly Robinson, 84, of Decatur will be Saturday, Dec. 5, 2015 at 3 p.m. at First Presbyterian Church of Baton Rouge. Burial will be in Green Oaks Memorial Park in Baton Rouge, Louisiana on Monday, Dec. 7, 2015. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. Visitation will be tonight from 6 to 8 at her home in Baton Rouge.
Mrs. Robinson died on Wednesday, Dec. 2, 2015 at her Decatur residence. She was born June 21, 1931, in Louisana to Lewis Alston Stirling and Inez Richard Stirling. Mrs. Robinson was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her husband, David Weston Robinson; a son, David Weston Robinson, Jr. and her parents.
Survivors include three daughters, Amy Kirsch, Decatur, Linda Robinson, Tennessee and Kathleen Wren, Florida; two sisters, Elaine Jones and June Goode, both of Louisiana; 11 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Her family would like to say a special thanks to Hospice of the Valley and the caregivers of the Valley for the excellent care given to Mrs. Robinson.
