Thomas Vernon Kennemer, 88, of Huntsville, passed away Monday. Mr. Kennemer retired from the U.S. Government as a Contractor Administrator. He was a member of First Christian Church. He was preceded in death by his parents, George and Annabelle Kennemer and brothers, Elwyn and Alvin Kennemer.
Survivors include his wife, Doris Kennemer; son, Terry Carlton Kennemer (Martha); daughter, Lisa Nell Dawson (Barry); grandchildren, Trace Keith Dawson, Mallory Paige Almond, Erin Michelle Russell and Kelly Christine Dawson; great-grandchildren, Thomas Keith Dawson and Alexis Evana Russell; brother, George J. Kennemer, Jr.; sisters, Nellie Jo LeMay and Janine Jaynes; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be from 2 to 4 p.m. Thursday at Laughlin Service Funeral Home. No other services are planned at this time
