Stella Ruth Masterson, 94, died Sunday, Nov. 22, 2015. Visitation will be 1-2 p.m. Sunday at Wood Avenue Church of Christ. Services will be 2 p.m. at the church, with burial to follow in Tri-Cities Memorial Gardens. Elkins Funeral Home, Florence, directing. She was the wife of the late Jack Masterson.
