Paul Rice, 99, died Thursday, Nov. 19, 2015. Visitation will be 1:30-2:30 p.m. Sunday at North Wood United Methodist Church. Services will be 2:30 p.m. at the church, with burial to follow in Tri-Cities Memorial Gardens. Arrangements by Greenview Funeral Home.
