MADISON-The Madison Police Department made an arrest of a suspect and she has been charged with Trafficking Stolen Identities. Here is the statement that the Madison Police released today, November 16:
“The Madison Police Department charged 33 year old Leslie Martin of Toney today with Trafficking in Stolen Identities. During a Theft of Property investigation by Madison Police, it was determined that Martin was in possession of identifying information from at least 10 individuals. This information included social security numbers, credit card information, and bank account information. An arrest warrant for Trafficking in Stolen Identities was served on Martin today while she was in the Madison County Jail on unrelated charges. Madison Police also have pending charges on Martin for Theft of Property 2nd degree. She is accused of stealing a firearm from a home in Limestone County while cleaning the home. Martin operates the house cleaning business, Leslie’s Cleaning Service.”
