Tammy Lynn Keeton Boyd, age 47, of Ethridge, TN passed away Friday, November 13, 2015 at Maury Regional Medical Center in Columbia, TN. She was a native of Lawrenceburg, TN, a Licensed Practical Nurse, and a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Ernest Keeton, Jr. and Dorothy Dean Burdick Keeton; and one brother, Barry Wayne Keeton.

Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM Monday, November 16, 2015 at Neal Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 1:00 PM Tuesday, November 17, 2015, with Bishop Steve Hughes officiating. Interment will follow at Shady Grove Cemetery in Lawrence County, TN.
