Michael Lynn Goodwin, 61, of Hartselle, passed away on Wednesday, October 28, 2015 at Huntsville Hospital. Visitation will be today, October 30, 2015 from 1 to 3 p.m. at Roselawn Funeral Home and graveside service at 3:30 p.m. at Burningtree Memorial Gardens with Brother Alan Queen officiating.
Mr. Goodwin was born August 7, 1954, in Michigan to Howard and Catherine Terry Goodwin. He worked at Daikin of America for 22 years and at Hillsboro Cotton Gin for 20 years. He was a devoted father, loving husband and enjoyed being with his family and gardening. He was preceded in death by his parents.
He is survived by his wife of 37 years, Debbie Davis Goodwin; sons, Michael Douglas Goodwin and Travis Andrew Goodwin (Mallory); brother, John Lee Goodwin (Lisa); sister, Ann Goodwin Nix (Boyce); and granddaughter, Lily.
