Rayburn-Tidmore-1445686662Rayburn Tidmore, 76 of Albertville died Friday, October 23, 2015 at his residence.

Mr. Tidmore was born February 23, 1939 in Marshall County, the son of Robert Raymond Tidmore and Bertha Mae Gibbs Tidmore. He was married 52½ years to the former Brenda Kay Hand; they have called the Kilpatrick Community of Albertville their home for the past 29 years. He was a carpenter and also a member of New Friendship Baptist Church, formerly of the Arab area.

He is survived by his wife: Brenda Kay Tidmore; a son and daughter-in-law: Boyd “Peanut” and Beverly Tidmore; five grandchildren: Brandie Garnett, Kayla Downs, Haley Goodman, Timothy Macon, Michael Goodman; five great grandchildren: Damian Downs, McKenzie Downs, Darian Garnett, Issac Macon, Noah Macon; a brother and sister-in-law: Donny and Ressie Tidmore; two sisters and brothers-in-law: Nella Jo and Jimmy Howard and Lora Ann and Delbert Nunnelley; several nieces, nephews, cousins, other family members, his church family and many dear friends and neighbors; preceded in death by his parents: Robert Raymond Tidmore and Bertha Mae Gibbs Tidmore, six brothers: Glenn, Lendon, Max, Billy, Danny and Bobby Tidmore, three sisters: Ovalene Benefield, Mary Nell Willis and Rebecca Thomas.

Pallbearers will be, Tony Garnett, Timothy Macon, Boyd “Peanut” Tidmore, Marty Tidmore, Ray Tidmore, Brad Tittle and Michael Goodman as Alternate Pallbearer.

Funeral Service will be 3:00 p.m. Sunday, October 25, 2015 at Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel. Burial will be in New Friendship Cemetery, Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel, directing.

Visitation will be 1 to 3 p.m. Sunday, October 25, 2015 at Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel.
