Wayne Schrimsher, 61, died October 19, 2015. A gathering of friends will be held today from 10 to 11 a.m. at Roselawn Funeral Home. A celebration of his life will begin at 11 a.m. in the chapel of the funeral home. The Rev. Roger Jenkins is officiating.
Wayne is survived by his beloved wife of 39 years, Ann; two daughters, Joy (Denny) Parker, of Decatur, and Stacey Schrimsher, of Birmingham; brother, Jeff (Jill) Schrimsher, of North Carolina; aunts, nieces and nephews.
Wayne loved music, baseball, golfing and spending time with his family.
Pallbearers will include family and friends.
Roselawn Funeral Home is assisting the family.
