Toyna Lynn Irwin
RUSSELLVILLE-Toyna Lynn Irwin, 37 of Franklin County has been arrested and charged with sexual abuse of a child under the age of 12 and sexual torture.
Irwin was arrested and charged after the victim told authorities she had been abused by Irwin. At which time investigators interviewed Irwin and then charged her with First Degree Sexual Abuse of a Child Under 12 and Sexual Torture.
After being arrested Friday, October 16 Tonya Irwin is being held in the Franklin County Detention Center on a$100,000 bail.
