Wendell Cummings, age 72, Haleyville, AL. passed away Thursday October 1, 2105. He was a retired Lab. Medical Tech, having worked for 40 years in the Medical field. He belonged to the Haleyville Masonic Lodge #464, and a member of First Baptist Church in Haleyville.
His visitation will Saturday October 3, 2015 from 10:00AM – 11:00AM at Pinkard Funeral Home-Haleyville, with his funeral at 11:00AM in the chapel, with Bro. Nathan Carroll officiating. Burial will be in Winston Memorial Cemetery.
He is survived by his wife, Carolyn June Cummings; children, Kimberly Carol Wright and Lisa Ann Veal; honorary children, Chase Miller and Katti Lindley; grandchildren, Leslie and Connor Wright and Hunter and Allie Veal; nieces, LeaAnn Clements and Suzanne Wildmon.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Lonnie Clarvel Cummings and Leslie Adaline Cagle Cummings; brother, Wayne Cummings.
