Funeral service for Robin Willis Watkins, 54, of Decatur, will be Thursday, September 17, 2015 at 3:00 p.m. at Ridout’s Brown-Service Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 1 to 3 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in Caddo Cemetery.
He was preceded in death by his father, Willis E. Watkins and sister, Ginger Pitts.
He is survived by his mother, Hazel Watkins; sister, Beverly Lipscomb and husband, Fararell; nieces, Terry Bolton, Brandy Watson and Beth Tolbert; nephews, Jamie Lipscomb and Shane Guest.
